Dates:  May 17 and 18, 2008

Location:  Annandale, Virginia

Format:  4 game conditional guarantee,  3 bracket games and single elimination, 16 teams max in each age level

Rules:  PONY championship rules followed, teams need a PONY patch for each player

Refunds:  will be given consistent with the PONY East Zone policy

Awards:  1st and 2nd place teams
